Our environment has been crafted to immediately create a sense of sanctuary and individual space that allows you to find your space to pause, reflect and relax.
Every guest is different and at M&L Hair Design there is no such thing as a standard appointment or haircut. Our team are passionate about guiding you to discover your own exclusive style and every appointment commences with a conversation, not just a consultation.
We know as you change and evolve your hair does too, we don’t simply follow trends or tell you what we think, we create a collaborative plan where we spend time listening to you in order to create a unique journey to evolve your personal style as a creative partnership.

Our Story
Our story is our founder Ludovic’s story, having established M&L Hair Designs in 2007.
It is a story of ripping up the rule book, overcoming challenges, and ultimately a belief in encouraging everyone to pause, to discover more about ourselves and to continue to evolve not just how we look but also how we feel.
In 1997, Ludovic kissed his family and dog goodbye and left rural France to learn English, and the story began; arriving in Warlingham for three months as a stop-gap to America he has stayed 25 years.
Ludovic trained in France where he met Corrine our brilliant, talented, and expressive technical director.
In 2007 Ludovic founded M&L Hair Design, with a single vision, to create an exceptional experience where we listen and do things differently, allowing our guests and our team to learn about themselves, to pause and discover, to reflect and re-invent.
