As founder and owner, I’m full of fire and passion for every guest, I obsess about quality and service, I’m highly creative and bursting with energy.

I dreamt of owing a luxury hair salon at 12, the very year I started hairdressing on the marina dock in Martinique, sometimes pinch myself…… dreams come true.

I tell myself and my team; never stand still, I’m passionate about what’s next for you.

My perfect Sunday is an exhilarating muddy ride through fields on my mountain bike, a late indulgent brunch and a walk with my partner Chris and our beautiful chocolate Labrador Capri, and if lucky, roast dinner in front of our log fire.

I met Ludovic when we trained together in France, For me the salon has a real family feel.. As technical director my approach is clam and caring, my perfect moment each day is to pause and create space with every guest to review their hair, how they feel and plan how to evolve there style.

I have a passion for training having recently trained as a trichologist.

My perfect Sunday is running through the woods with my partner Ian and our beautiful dog, Aether

Ludovic and the team describe me as their vivacious firecracker, with eight years of experience as a senior at a muti award winning hair salon, I joined Mickael & Ludovic Hair Designs to progress my creativity and to give each of my customers an exceptional caring experience.

I’m here to listen to your hair aspiration and to jointly create an exceptional solution for you, which is achievable and maintainable. I’m totally focused on long term customer relationships based on trust.

My perfect Sunday is spontaneous, energetic, and varied. I love fashion, culture, and people, I have never had a boring Sunday, next time I see you ask me what I did last Sunday, and I will surprise you.

With eight years of experience for me it’s all about giving every guest the time they need to express their aspirations for their hair. Too many hair stylist impose their thoughts onto their guests, that’s not for me.

My approach is gentle and caring based on building a relationship based on trust and creativity.

My perfect Sunday is shopping I love fashion and cooking. To find something wonderful to wear and share it on social media is a complete joy. I always celebrate my Sunday night cooking something creative and sharing the evening with my dog Bella and my family.

I have known Ludovic since I was a teenager and worked with him for over 12 years.

We have a shared vision about service and creating the perfect salon experience just for you.

My passion is creating the best style just for you that fits your lifestyle and maintenance regime.

My perfect Sunday is a day in the garden, in fact it’s my perfect day every day, Ludovic says I have magic green fingers, everything I touch flourishes and blooms.

My other passion is Poppy my beautiful dog and cooking, so a long walk is high on the list followed by family dinner, I’m looking forward to Sunday now.

I am the long-suffering salon dog; my job description is guest services and greeter.

My job description is to say hello to everyone, the honesty is I prefer to sleep and I may say hello to you if I’m in the mood.

On a hot day you will find me asleep on the terrace, I hide in the office when it’s cold.

Please ask if you want to take me for a walk and I will leap with excitement.

My perfect Sunday is a sleep in, I work five days a week and deserve it, a long walk off lead is most welcome and if lucky a swim in the sea. My favourite Sunday evening is a roast dinner I always get the best bits.
